Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data is processed when you use spaceforgers.com or write to us, why, and what rights you have. Our apps have their own privacy policies.
Who is responsible
The controller of the data described here is Space, an independent studio based in Pamplona, Navarra, Spain (European Union). Identification details are available on request.
For any privacy question or request, write to privacy@spaceforgers.com.
What this site does and does not do
The site is static and hosted on AWS Amplify. It has no user accounts, sets no cookies, does not track sessions, shows no advertising and embeds no third-party content. Fonts are served from the site itself, so your browser makes no requests to external font services.
As with any hosting service, the provider processes the technical connection data needed to deliver pages to your browser, under its own terms.
Briefing and contact form
If you use the form to ask about a project, we receive the following:
- Your name and email address.
- Your company, if you choose to give it.
- The type of project and, optionally, a rough budget.
- Your message.
We use this only to reply to you and to prepare a proposal. The message is delivered to our email through our own infrastructure on AWS. We do not add you to marketing lists, we do not sell or share your data, and we do not use a third-party CRM.
To limit spam, the form uses a hidden field and timing checks. It does not use a third-party captcha.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a service run by a company based in the European Union. It uses no cookies or persistent identifiers, stores no personal data and does not track you across other sites. We only see aggregated figures: pages viewed, referring site, country and device type.
Legal basis
- Form and email correspondence: your consent and, when you ask for a quote, pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
- Aggregated analytics and site security, including spam prevention: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and keeping it secure (GDPR art. 6.1.f).
Retention
We keep correspondence for up to two years and then delete it. We do not keep backups of emails beyond that period. If a project goes ahead, data needed to meet legal obligations is governed by the corresponding agreement and applicable law. You can ask us to delete your messages earlier at any time.
Recipients and transfers
Your data is not sold or shared for marketing. Only the providers that make the site work have technical access: AWS for hosting and email delivery, and Plausible for aggregated analytics. Where a provider transfers data outside the European Economic Area, it must rely on a safeguard recognised by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.
To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@spaceforgers.com.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es) or with the authority of your country of residence.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The latest version is always published on this page, with its date.

Our apps
This policy covers the website and the studio. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, because what an app does with data depends on the app.
