The site and our services

The site presents Space, a studio that creates websites, mobile apps, and film and photography for small businesses, freelancers and organisations, with a plan in phases, each with its own price, as well as our own apps. Information on the site is general and is not a binding offer.

Any commissioned work is governed by a separate written agreement or quote for each project. If it differs from these terms, that agreement prevails for the project.

Use of the site

You may browse the site and use the briefing form freely. You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms.
• Try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Send spam, malicious code or false information through the form.
• Collect content from the site by automated means in a way that affects its operation.

Intellectual property

The content of the site, including texts, design, code, images, videos, logos and the Space and Yizo names, belongs to Space or is used with permission, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. You may view it and share links to it, but you may not copy, modify, distribute or exploit it commercially without prior written permission.

No warranty and limitation of liability

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is, without warranties of continuous availability or of being free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Space is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, nor affects the mandatory rights of consumers.

Links to other sites

The site may link to websites run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes

We may change the site, and update these terms when necessary. The current version is always published on this page, with its date. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence. Otherwise, courts in Pamplona have jurisdiction, unless the law provides differently.
