Yizo Terms of Use

Free to use

Yizo is free to download and use, now and in the future. It has no subscriptions, no in-app purchases and no ads. You may use it for personal or professional purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Yizo to:

• Break the law.
• Spread malware or harm other people or their devices.
• Present Yizo as your own work.

Community content and brand

We welcome community content about Yizo. You may use the Yizo name, logo, icon and screenshots to create art, write articles, make videos or share on social media.

You may not:

• Use the Yizo branding commercially.
• Use it to promote a competing app or service.
• Suggest that Yizo is yours or that Space endorses your work when it does not.

Not a medical service

Yizo is a wellbeing companion for difficult days. It is not a medical or therapeutic service and does not replace professional help.

If you are in crisis or think you may be in danger, please contact your local emergency services or a health professional right away. You do not have to go through it alone.

No warranty and limitation of liability

Yizo is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. As the app is free, and as far as the law allows, Space is not liable for damages arising from its use or from being unable to use it. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, nor affect your mandatory rights as a consumer.

If development stops

If we stop developing Yizo, you can keep using the version you have installed.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when needed. The current version is always published on this page, with its date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence.
